" Hi Christine: Thanks to you, we had a very successful Find Your Voice workshop yesterday for the faculty and staff at Union County College. The instructor was one of the Vice Presidents. He spoke about the different organizational frames: Political, Human Resources, Symbolic and Structured. He also suggested several ground rules for each of us: Adopting a Persona, Speaking Up without Getting Fired, etc. He helped us each identify our strengths and weaknesses in a group.
